Terms of Service

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY COMMISSION FOR WHATEVER REASON.
I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO USE THE FINISHED COMMISSION TO PROMOTE MYSELF.
If you do not want your commission posted, it will not be.

DO'S AND DON'TS
*I am totally okay with drawing anything and everything, from furries to humans to ponies to gems and even D&D designs.
*I am okay with drawing Ocs and Fictional Characters! Selfshipping or Yumeshipping included!
*I am okay with drawing NSFW and Nudity. You'll need to confirm your age to me first.
*I am okay with "Pastel" Gore and Blood.
*I can't draw extreme violence and mecha.
*Pictures of irl people make me uncomfortable, I won't do commissions that require these.
*I won't draw harmful, offensive, or illegal content. This includes drawing minors in untasteful situations, even if the character is "aged up"!PAYMENT
*The payments are in USD.
*Payment is through PayPal ONLY.
*Character complexity will impact the final price but this all will be discussed beforehand.

*Full price can be paid upfront, or 50% after rough sketch and 50% after the commission is finished.
*I don't do refunds after rough sketch has been approved and payed.
*I also accept payment through Discord Shop Items and Steam Games.

*Your commission, once finished, can be sent through Email or Discord, since those two allow me to give you the piece without damaging the quality or size of the finished product.

*Credit is REQUIRED in any social media and any website that may feature my commission.
*With the purchase of commercial rights, you are allowed to use my artwork to promote yourself as long as said credit is given.
*The fee for commercial rights, to promote yourself, is +250% of the full price
*If my artowrk will be used in the making of merchandise, commercial rights will need to be discussed in depth to calculate my approximate profit. Otherwise, without written consent from my part, you do not have commercial rights to make merchandise of my artwork.
